the breakfast buffet was a really top thing, the café was also super. i have enjoy too the thai local food there. staff members was very friendly, even very motivated to did a best work for us, the costumers.
the room have some mites all around the rooms we has stayed in. first room, the corner suite, i like it located right above pool and kids club, but we kept chase those bugs, oh no! the bathroom fills up with water from the shower because of the horrible design, we had boiling water in the sink that don't get colder.

our family suite bunk bed, have a clean and spacious layout, a win for my family of four. the location is pretty quiet, you know, despite be in the town center, great for a good night sleep.

the staff at the hotel was exceptionals and kind, i tell you. the housekeeping was on point, make sure every place be super clean. jaja give a excellent service and made our holiday really special, thanks jaja!

i loved the large swimming pool, it was definitely the main draw for me. also, the staff were helpful and soft spoken which i really appreciated.
the room was quite noisy because of nearby bars, it was hard to sleep a couple of nights. also, i noticed a broken light in my room that remained unfixed despite me asking reception three times.
